IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All events will be taking place in Auckland CBD and are walking distance from each other and the hotel. Please arrive at the Roar & Pour: Lion Partners Session by 4pm and be registered and seated by 4.15pm. The location of The Summer Soirée will be shared at this event.

  • Accommodation will be booked for those who live outside of Auckland*. Our hotel partner this year is Mövenpick Hotel, 8 Customs Street East, Auckland CBD. The room rate includes a cooked breakfast for registered guests. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Carparking is not included in the room rate. Valet is available for $60 (or $50 for Accor members) or the closest parking building is the ‘Downtown Carpark,’ which is a 5-minute walk away.

    *Accommodation will be arranged for those who live North of Silverdale and South of Pukekohe.

  • Those located within a 3.5-hour drive will be required to drive. Lion will reimburse those driving to and from Auckland with a $100 Prezzy Card to cover petrol and hotel parking.

    Accommodation will be at Mövenpick Hotel, 8 Customs Street East, Auckland CBD.

  • Once you have completed registration the flight for you will be booked by Lion’s logistics partner and will be emailed to you. If you have not received these, please contact Ellen Cunningham at CTM on groupsnz@travelctm.com or 09 522 5958.

    Transfers both to and from the airport in your home location, and Auckland, will need to be arranged by you.

  • What should I wear?

    Cocktail attire: feel free to add your own touch of elegance. Please note the venue has a beautiful wooden floor, so we kindly ask you to leave stilettos or sharp heels at home.

    What should I expect at the Soirée?

    A wonderful celebration awaits—with drinks, music, delicious food, fun, and games.

    Will dinner be provided?

    Yes, we will have a substantial food offering along with a showcase of our delicious portfolio.

    What is the Roar & Pour: Lion Partners Session?

    This event has replaced the trade show. It will be a 90-minute presentation covering everything related to Lion and our customers.
